And yes, Venezuela. Who profits? Their President, Nicholas Maduro. Certainly not all the industries he kicked out or nationalized, and certainly not all the engineers he had jailed.

Who else has unlimited wealth and resources? Vladimir Putin. President Xi. King Salman.

These people are MUCH richer than any billionaire on Forbes magazine. And they arguably commit more human atrocities.
