I'd flip that around. Why is SANDERS, controlling the Democratic agenda, and Machin isn't?
That's the better question.
Because both parties had an agreement to improve America's infrastructure. And then Bernie Sanders comes along with this 6 Trillion social spending bill. And the Infrastructure bill STILL hasn't passed, because SANDERS is single-handedly holding it up from the Senate, hostage to this social spending bill.
It sure seems like Sanders is the one controlling the Democratic agenda.
