I'm not single now, so my thoughts are probably fuzzied from having a different perspective than I did then.

I'm actually with somebody who tells me to ask her MORE questions. And some of the questions I eventually asked her...which had been received as complete deal-breaking red flags by others...my current lady said, "Thank you, I've been wanting somebody to ask me this for years."

So go figure. I guess everybody is looking for their own version of Goldilocks' just right.

I will say that single people (I'm sure me included) come into early conversations with too many expectations, and don't give a potential connection space to mesh.
