People don’t really change, and human nature doesn’t really change. The only things that do change are technology, fashion, and the like. Kidnapping is still kidnapping, and murder is still murder. 20 years is still 20 years. So the backbone, should not have expiration dates. Many other laws are passed with 10 year clauses in mind, such as certain tax hikes. So it seems you’ve already gotten your wish?
