My experience is completely different from this. I am very much with a "modern woman". We spent two months before we even had our first real kiss. I didn't choose her (for my part) because she is good looking, nice, and feminine, but because she is good for me as a person. She is not interested in me because I appear successful, am not socially awkward, well educated, have a decent car, or any other item on your womans' list.

I think this artlcle is typecasting to dangerous levels, but what really concerns me is it reads like a sales letter. In other words, as long as you can convert a certain percentage of your readers into cash transactions, that's all you care about.

I question your motive.
