I didn't like when Obama did it, and I certainly didn't like when Trump did it. I am glad that Biden doesn't.

If there is an executive order that runs afoul of the Constitution, then it is up to our court system to interpret as such, and the executive order should be null and void.

But that should be a last resort.

Of course, the real solution is to end rule by EO. Or at least limit what it can do.
