It is important not to overindulge into paranormal and phenomenal experiences from a near-death experience. Kind of like how meditators should not "hold on" to their big, maha-samadhic meditation that elevated them out of this world and into a super-dimension.

It sounds like Mr. Hernandez got a useful...reminder from his NDE. Which is wonderful. But the most profound and divine lesson is one of simplicity, not ones of voices, bright lights, prior loved ones, and flying. Those are all (sometimes) drastic tools, to shake us out of our stubborn habits and limitations.

But these phenomenae are just as transitory and meaningless as a passing sunset. And to be honest, I would rather sit on a beach and watch a beautiful sunset than take a ride through all of that supernatural and kitsch spiritual bling.
