In my opinion, and having two close trans women friends whom I fully regard as "women" I am trying to be respectful, but this edge issue around girls' sports, is not a smart hill to die on to promote equality and acceptance.

There are too many cases where "Trans women" are just men who are predators. And the Trans activist community is doing nothing to mitigate or even acknowledge.

I do appreciate your ideas around time, testing, etc. I am not a biologist so not sure what homonal mix can be quantified to determine if somebody has "transitioned" enough. Not to mention, born girls who happen to be very masculine to begin with, would they fail this hormonal test?
