I'm somewhat close to you in age....and have done all of the things you list. But unfortunately I also took risks which ate into my net worth very heavily.

So I guess the most important question is, what "number" do you need to be able to call it quits?

Assume living in a house somewhere between suburbs and rural - location does not matter so long as it has access to good internet.
