I'm not sure what your point is, but here in the so-called first world, people lose their spouses. People get cancer. Children are horribly abused. Slavery is more common now than the 19th Century. People lose their houses. People lose custody of their children. People get thrown in jail for crimes they did not commit. We have an epidemic of depression, and addiction.

And yeah, most of that is better than a starving war-ravaged village in Ukraine or Gaza Strip. Again what is your point?

Everybody has legitimate problems, and not all of them can be dismissed because the problem-bearers have an American or British passport. Show some empathy.
