I interviewed at Amazon, and have at least a dozen friends who work there. Or, well, now 10 friends who work there. The two who quit say it was such a miserable experience they won't even buy from the company anymore. One was a very highly skilled architect. The kind of worker companies should really hold on to. He barely managed to hold onto his four years. Now at least he doesn't have to work again for a long time. But he sounds like he went through wartime PTSD.
