I haven't had the late 'n lazy experience myself.. I have however encountered a few "black-owned" (to be fair, also minority-owned in general) businesses that rub it in people's faces, and/or collect all kinds of government grants while providing sub-standard products & services - more bad quality, than late delivery.

I've also encountered black or other minority owned businesses that provide impeccable service.
