I can’t agree with the social media part. I’m not a cheater, and I only have social media to connect with people I know. Most of my friends (of Gen X and younger) who don’t have or actively use social media…I trust them more than those who do. In the words of one friend of mine, who’s both financially successful as well as happily and monogamously married for 15 years, “It’s a waste of time.”

On the other hand, both #2 and #5, in my experience, are strongly true.
