First of all, I am not most people on this or any other platform. I'm not clapping back on anyone with personal attacks and nastiness. Also I have not accused of being a leftist or anything more derogatory.

Hopefully this is setting the table.

Now. Onto more interesting things.

The Heritage Foundation tried to have Donald Trump removed from the Presidency twice. They were the primary force behind invoking the 25th Amendment.

Donald Trump is NEVER going to forgive them for this. Even if he speaks at one of their events and gives a vague and undefined compliment.

Every 4-year administration has hundreds of "officials" who go on to work at Heritage, Carlysle, Koch, Booz-Allen, wherever. I have not personally heard of these people. They are not as senior as say Steve Bannon, Rex Tillerman, or James Mattis.

To be fair, I will agree with you that if Trump said he never heard of it, that is untrue. But I'm not sure Trump said he never heard of it - I thought he said in the debate he hasn't read it, and doesn't want to read it. A politician answer for sure.

"It is a plan written for Trump" - do you know how many think tank papers are written for any given President? How many plans were written for Obama that were never implemented? I remember there was one conservative think tank that wanted George W. Bush to start using tactical nuclear weapons in Iraq. It doesn't mean Bush was hungry to start a nuclear war.

Lastly, yes I stand by my statement that Project 2025 has absolutely nothing to do with Trump's platform or the GOP platform. I have read through each (skimmed to be more honest), and I don't see any real overlap other than vague statements such as, "We have to secure the border."

If you have any examples where Trump has verbally agreed with some of the more extreme platforms of Project 2025, or where language in Project 2025 matches the GOP platform, then please, I am interested to know.
