As somebody who is relatively neutral about Trump... there is a difference between "Love" and "Acquiesce to."

There are many positions which Donald Trump represents, which are worth fighting against. That said, it is important to keep in mind that he is a smoke 'n mirrors caricature. He's not the primary influence behind, well, anything. I think a lot of liberals/progressives lose sight of that, when they put all of their frenetic energy toward the person who's getting the most attention, and ignore the much greater source of what is behind him.

Donald Trump is a person, just like the rest of us. Do I "love" him? On some level of course. He is a sentient being after all. Do I want to give him a hug or wash his dishes, well I don't see how that is part of my path. But as Jesus said, that which you have done to the least of us, you have done to me. People who view Donald Trump as the lowest of all beings, don't realize they are showing disrespect toward that teacher/guru who they look up to as the example of The Way.
