Again I really don't think it matters...if Leo wants to date a 24 year old woman then good for him. If Demi Moore wants to date a 24 year old man then good for her. If Stephen Fry wants to marry a 27 year old then good for him. No crime has been committed and neither party seems to be complaining, so there are more important problems in the world.

Full disclosure, I have gone 20+ year age gaps both ways. My last was 14 years younger, and before that was 2 years older. In my experience, there really is little difference other than talking about menopause or sexual peak.
