Actually, Bob Mueller's report, which was not positive about Trump in any way, did confirm there was no "collusion" between the Trump CAMPAIGN and Russia.

It is beyond clear that Russia worked hard for Trump to win 2016. But there is no link or evidence showing Trump's campaign worked with the Russian government.

This is not an unimportant detail. You can't say, "We all don't like Trump, and certain events happened by people who support Trump, so let's all say Trump is responsible." That is now how our Criminal Justice system works.
