A lot of points to agree with here. Build Back Better is a loser for so many reasons - it is extremely unpopular when framed in certain ways with the public.

But you can't just ignore Manchin/Synema. Or criticize them and expect that to go well. After 2022, you can. But for now, until then, you need them both to pass anything.
