A few comments:

- it is GOOD that any ol person can run for and win the Prime Ministership. True, we'll get some cranks like Donald Trump in the US, but allowing ordinary citizens to run and win elections, is power to the people and prevents a lockout by the established Elite.

- Pardon my ignorance of the Parliamentary systems, but isn't the Prime Minister election Democracy in action? I thought it was a plurality of the popular vote in the end to determine who gets elected. (Note Bill Clinton won a plurality and not a majority of the popular vote in 1992)

- This is where it gets controversial: I don't consider Jordan Peterson far right. Right, yes. Fox News ally, yes. But not dark web, alt-right, white supremacist right. They actually hate Jordan Peterson and actively organize against him.
